Donald Weir is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of leadership in the property management sector.
As a Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)] and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Donald has built his career around financial performance, strategic management, and operational excellence. For 20 years (2005–2025), Donald served as Financial Director at Pretor Group (Pty) Ltd, one of South Africa\\\'s leading property management companies. He played a key role in driving financial results, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustained business growth. His expertise includes financial planning, governance, risk management, and corporate strategy.
Donald now serves as Group Finance Director at ZDFin (Pty) Ltd and consults to ZenTeq(Pty) Ltd, overseeing financial reviews, budgeting, take-on trial balances, monthly management reporting, and operational guidance across the group.
Outside of work, Donald is married with two children and enjoys cycling, gym training, and padel.
